Why was I (auto) redirected after clicking the link you provided?

As the original publisher of this material and along with my choice to utilize Blogger as the platform, 'twas not I who placed the redirect into the programming...?

Perhaps the sense of redirection you are questioning is the act of leaving the Blogger setting and traveling to another location, perhaps hosting by a 3rd party codification company.  So in some ways, you are being redirected by my hyperlink to another site, but there is another variation of the redirect option.

It is equally possible that a page I linked to chose to move their content in some manner and what behaviors were put in its place is causing a redirect by their request.  Whereas a 404 error suggests a page is simply gone, leaving a visitor stranded with whatever else was left behind in its place, redirects are a method for designers to aid their potential visitors in reaching a page that recently went through a name change of some type.  Although designers will include this strategy as a courtesy sign, it can also be abused as well.

Therefore, if you are unable to quickly establish whether or not you're at least a few clicks away from the municipal code book, your next step is to try one of the search engines and ignore my listing should it present itself.  Of course, a message regarding the disconnect is always appreciated.
