With hundreds of different languages currently in use, the price tag of translating any document so that truly one and all can read the original message composed in English is achievable, but not necessarily with the dollars of the taxpayer.
And yet, even though the private sector has taken on these types of services (codification companies) for a decent chunk of the municipality count, there isn’t one service that provides the service of translation from English to any other language in the otherwise free capacity the English version is presented in.
Simple as these two paragraphs appear, this is not a simplistic question that holds one static answer as response at any given moment, but its an area in which the private sector is not sensing any achievable margins of cost coverage.
