Because I dropped out of Spanish before an F was recorded on my report card?
Although I say this in partial jest, I really am not adept at acquiring other languages in bulk form. However, beyond the linguistics I sometimes explore within the English realm, I am well aware of the vitality our nation being dependent upon translation abilities. So although I may be slightly alert to skewed English to English translations, the current level of quality with a variety of free online translation services falls severely short, which is why I haven’t attached links to any translation software.
I haven’t found one I trust and who knows. Maybe someone someday will decide to take on the task of translation of these Indexes into another language, let alone the Municipal Code Books.
